Appointed Surfing NSW Director Of Coaching

Starting the first week of August, i have been appointed Director of Coaching, for the State of New South Wales [NSW], Australia on a one year contract. This position requires Martin to up-skill surf coaches throughout NSW and work with them to develop NSW’s rising talent. This includes 150+ junior surfers throughout the state’s six regions. This will be achieved through regular online zoom meetups for the coaches, parents, and training surfers. It will also involve planning and overseeing state training camps.
