15 year old surfer Lucy Darragh won the 6000 WQS event in Taiwan early in November. Lucy, a surfer trained by Martin for the past 4-5 years, has benefited from the early focus on surfing technique in her early development, as she surfs with a mature style with a mix of power and grace.. Look out for Lucy in the next few years as she competes on the Challenger series from 2026 onwards, with her ultimate goal of WCT qualification..
